招聘岗位
该职位主要专注于流体力学分析和脱碳服务的提供，职责包括但不限于:
· 开展流体动力学分析和CFD计算，并有可能参与脱碳评估和结构强度计算
· 与客户沟通与协调
· 商务支持，跨区域协调和项目管理
候选人背景要求：
· 流体动力工程或其他相关领域的硕士或学士学位，具备势流理论、推进系统、船体和推进效率等专业知识背景。
· 0 - 8年流体力学相关工作经验。
· 软件和工具:
o 熟练使用MS Word, Excel和PowerPoint
o 熟练使用Sesam package, Aqwa, Fluent, Star CCM+等软件
· 了解EEDI, EEXI, CII等温室气体法规会的候选人会被优先考虑
· 如具备编程能力，软件开发能力的候选人将会被优先考虑
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Perform hydrodynamic and CFD calculations, and potentially also structural strength or decarbonization evaluations
· Customer interactions and follow-up
· Cross-region coordination and project management
Qualifications:
It is desirable that the candidate have
· M.S. or B.S. in hydrodynamics engineering or other relevant field, knowledge about potential flow theory, propulsion system and hull and propulsion efficiency.
· 0 to 8 years working experience with hydrodynamics background.
· Software and tools:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experienced in software like Sesam package, Aqwa, Fluent, Star CCM+
· Knowledge on EEDI, EEXI, CII etc. IMO GHG regulations and compliance would be advantage
· Knowledge on programming, dashboard/tool/software development would be advantage
The successful candidate should also have:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong customer focus
· Take initiative and ownership, eager and capable to learn new things
· Good team spirit and willingness to share experiences and support others
· Fluent in English and Chinese
Location:
· The position is located in Shanghai and local employment conditions will apply.
· Some travel can be expected.

- 有噪声和振动分析和测量经验者优先
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct structural strength assessment for different ship types and ship systems, e.g. ship global and local strength analysis, collision analysis, fatigue assessment and crack propagation calculation, etc.
- corrosion assessment
- Wave load analysis
- Conduct vibration analysis for ship and offshore structures.
- Support on sales, marketing and business development initiatives, customer interactions and follow-up
- Project management
Position Qualifications:
It is desirable that the candidate have below qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in naval architecture or comparable engineering disciplines with course specialization on structural design, strength and fatigue from an accredited college or university
- 0~8 years working experiences in structural strength assessment projects for ship and offshore
- Software and tools:
o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Skilled in FEA software like Genie, Patran, ANSYS, ABAQUS
o Programming skills are advantageous
- Project management experience to monitor the project status and ensure the on-time delivery with good quality.
- Familiar with wave load analysis would be advantageous
- Familiar with classification rules and other statutory rules would be advantageous
- Experiences on noise and vibration analysis and measurement would be advantageous
Location:
· The position is located in Shanghai and local employment conditions will apply.
· Some travel can be expected.
